Once the image has fully loaded... Right-click on the image below  A pull-down menu window will appear, either choose Save As and save the item to your chosen folder or select Set As Background / Wallpaper If you have chosen Save As, right click an empty space on your desktop and click properties then browse for the file you saved and select Open, select OK Your selected image should now appear as your desktop wallpaper.
